BEST COMPANY EVER! I cannot sing their praises enough! Not knowing ANYTHING about golf carts, I purchased a plain jane golf cart with a few unknown issues from Craigslist. Got the cart home and realized that I had major regrets (one of which is that I didn’t go to Crusin carts in the first place!!) Crusin carts not only picked the cart up from my home repaired all of the issues and modified it into a beast, they also finished and decorated it in time for my little girls to enjoy for Halloween! You heard me, they decorated the cart for Halloween just as a sweet gesture.
I was given a golf cart purchased from Crusin Carts as a birthday gift. The golf cart itself is awesome, even has my name on the front. I went to visit Bobby so he could inform me of things I should know about and the care and maintenance of it. He was so helpful and cordial too. During the almost year I've had it, not only do I love taking it around the neighborhood, but have organized 2 parades, a Halloween and a Christmas Parade also, so I have enjoyed it to the fullest and have encouraged others to do the same. Thank you Bobby and your crew too for opening up a little treasure in my life!
Top notch service all the way around. They picked up my project cart and a truck bed full of parts I had amassed, added some fabrication and new parts at the shop - and the end result is a beautiful new cart that will last for many years to come. I get tons of compliments on it all the time. Brent and his team were amazing through the entire golf cart repairs and customization processes. I would highly recommend them for any cart rebuilds or service needs!
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would’ve. I am a member of a facebook page and one of the members refer them to me. Let me tell you, I bought 6 batts, set of cables for EZGO TXT, and a rebuild for my motor and everything was to the T. I was able to get my cart running and most important went from 11mph to 22mph. Crusin Carts went above and beyond in customer service! We needed our golf cart serviced, they came to our home, picked it up, serviced it and delivered it back to us! Their golf cart repair ricing was very reasonable! Crusin Carts is the only place we’ll bring our cart, I highly recommend them!!!
We have owned our cart for about a year. Bobby and his team continue to take care of us! Anytime we have a question, they respond almost immediately. We needed some golf cart repairs and maintenance done and we live several hours away. They made arrangements to have everything reviewed and fixed while we were at lunch. They even installed an upgrade for us at no extra cost! It is so rare to find a company that stands behind their products even after the sale.
